Overview
A villa in “modern” style where elegance of form and colour reign supreme situated 2km from Monsummano Terme.
The principal cities of art, such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Vinci and Siena are a stone’s throw away, as are the renowned seaside resorts of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio) and Montecatini and the Grotta Giusti, famous for their natural spas with qualified “wellness” treatments.

Villa Le Terme is the perfect spot for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside, but who also want shopping and transport nearby.
The nearest town, Cintolese is 1.5km. away and has a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, cafe’, bank and is only a short walk to a pizza/restaurant in the evening.
For sports lovers, there is an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis club as well.

The Garden, the Pool and fitness room
The villa is surrounded by a large and well cared-for garden with big, L-shaped pool (11 x 7 metres plus 4 x 5 metres ) and is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 showers etc. Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains the lounge area beside the pool is perfect for moments of relax, with a good book and a prosecco.
In the garden there is also a barbeque area. Avery well equipped fitness room above the spa area reachable by a lift.
There is a spacious parking area outside the gates, but still inside the property.

Accomodation
The villa (340 square metres) is laid out on two floors, and can sleep up to 13 people.
It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, well lit, airy and perfect for a comfortable holiday.

The ground floor consists of various open areas which join up the rooms themselves without dividing them, and the glass doors and the skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colours like white, brown and beige.
The open space on the ground floor is divided into a dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen (stove, bar with fridge and icemaker, comfortable divan and Sat-TV).
The kitchen leads to an outside pergola, where you can eat and enjoy the local products.

Still on the same floor there is a Spa area with indoor heated hydromassage (3,80 mt. X 2,5 mt x 1mt depth) a sauna (4mq), Turkish bath 4mq., 2 heated relax beds and a beautiful view onto the outside area.
1hour per day (these hours can be accumulated during the stay) for the use of Spa (sauna, turkish bath, heated beds). The hydromassage is always at your disposition.
The perfect place for relaxing after a day spent touring the surrounding towns and the beauties of Tuscany. 

The first floor - a staircase leads up to here, where you will find 5 double bedrooms in a refined and minimalistic design, all with private bathroom with shower, Sat-TV.
Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed.
Finally, there is a TV room with a large corner lounge. This area is only reachable by a lift from the spa.
Wi-fi and air condition are connected in the whole house.
Animals are allowed but on request.

Final cleaning € 200.00. Cosumption of Aircon / Electricity above 400Kwh/week to be paid € 0,60 per Kwh.
Tourist tax € 0,70 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights . Children up to 12years of age, people with handicaps with assistants are not required to pay the tourist tax.
Animals are accepted on request, with no extra cost.
Deposit (caution) 700.00 euro.
